Melite Retail was formed in 2015, following a merger with Lidsdale Ltd which had been in operation since 2002. It operates several well-known fashion franchises in mainland Europe, including the 40-store Accessorize, Calvin Klein Underwear and 3INA Cosmetics brands across Italy.
