This joint venture between Alf Mizzi & Sons Ltd, First Gemini Plc and Virtu Holdings Ltd, was established with the sole aim of acquiring rural properties in Sicily to eventually refurbish them and develop a network of properties to tap into the agriturismo market.
To date, around 25 such properties have been purchased in the Modica and Noto areas which are currently being developed.
A number of properties ranging from bare land to city-centre period apartments to farmhouses, were purchased in order to convert and/or build holiday homes for rental as well as possible resale.
